Services
Strategy, design, and engineering,
under one roof.
Most agencies handle one part of the work and hand you off for the rest. Lightburn covers the whole arc: strategy, design, engineering, marketing, and the ongoing care that keeps it sharp. Because it's one team, every piece reinforces the next, with a single point of accountability from start to finish.
Our services.
One team takes it from strategy to launch, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.
How we approach it
Every site starts with strategy and structure, not a template. We map the experience around how your buyers move, design it to match, and build it on a CMS your team can run, covering implementation, custom development, platform migrations, and multi-brand architecture. Marketers and engineers work the same project from day one, so what's designed is what gets built, and what's built performs.
What you get
A site that's strategically sound, yours to run, and engineered to last. One team plans and builds it, so it launches exactly as designed.
Your site works. Now these levers make it work harder: speed, conversion, accessibility, and UX.
How we approach it
A live site is an asset to sharpen, not leave alone. Real visitor behavior shows where speed, clarity, or friction cost you conversions. A/B testing proves what moves the number instead of what someone guessed. Performance and accessibility work keeps the experience fast and usable for everyone, and we measure every change against an outcome.
What you get
A site that converts better, loads faster, and reaches more people, with measurable gains month to month instead of waiting on the next redesign.
SEO, paid, email, social, and content — run as one system, not five vendors.
How we approach it
Channels only pay off when they reinforce each other, so we run them as one system. SEO and content build demand, paid media accelerates it, and email and social nurture it, all sharing the same targeting, messaging, and measurement. With one team on the whole funnel, budget follows what's working instead of getting stranded between disconnected specialists.
What you get
Integrated execution that compounds: channels coordinated around the same goals, measured against pipeline rather than clicks, with one team accountable for the result.
The plan before the execution — so marketing, IT, and leadership agree on where you're headed.
How we approach it
For organizations that need the plan before the build, we start with where you stand today: a digital maturity assessment, an honest read on your platforms and processes, and the business goals everything has to serve. From there we shape a sequenced roadmap and technology plan that marketing, IT, and leadership can agree on, so investment goes to the right things in the right order.
What you get
A clear, prioritized path forward. It's the plan that turns 'we should modernize' into a roadmap your organization can align behind and fund.
Launch is the start. A monthly cycle keeps the site getting better.
How we approach it
This is the engagement model for teams who've launched and won't stand still. Every month follows the data, not a hunch. We review performance, ship the highest-value improvements, and measure the results before the next cycle begins. Small, deliberate gains that compound beat waiting years for the next big rebuild.
What you get
A site that improves on a schedule. Measured, data-driven gains every month keep performance climbing instead of drifting between redesigns.
The unglamorous work that keeps everything else running.
How we approach it
Security updates, platform upgrades, hosting, and the day-to-day care that keeps a site healthy. A lot of our engagements start right here, often on a site we didn't build. We learn how it's put together, shore up what's fragile, and take routine maintenance off your team's plate. For many clients, handing us an existing site is how a longer partnership begins.
What you get
Uptime and peace of mind: a site that stays secure, current, and fast, and a team you can reach the moment something needs attention. Your people focus on the business, not the backend.
They're just a great digital partner. We've developed a great rapport and trust with them because we've really benefited from having their consultation.
More from our work.
The enterprise foundation a global payroll leader deserves.
From passive product catalog to active buying journey engine.
The website that had to grow as fast as the business.
When G&W Electric came to Lightburn in 2023, their website told a different story: a legacy WordPress build that was difficult to manage, increasingly difficult to secure, and not built to support the kind of digital buying journey their growing audiences expected.
Our insights.

FAQs.
Can we hire you for just one service, or do we have to take the whole stack?
Any of them, on their own. Plenty of clients come to us for a single build, an optimization program, or ongoing support — nothing more. Keeping strategy, design, engineering, marketing, and maintenance under one roof just means that when you do need the next piece, there's no new vendor to onboard and no handoff to manage. You never buy more than the problem in front of you.
What's the difference between your Services and your Solutions?
Services are what we deliver — design and development, optimization, marketing, strategy, and support. Solutions are the outcomes those services add up to for your business, like more qualified pipeline or a site that finally reflects who you've become. Most clients arrive thinking about one and leave clear on both. Not sure which lens fits? Start a conversation and we'll help you place it.
Do we have to migrate platforms to work with you?
No. We work within the platform you already have wherever it makes sense, and we'll tell you honestly when a migration would serve you better rather than defaulting to a rebuild. If a move is the right call, we handle it — including multi-brand and multi-region architecture — with a plan that keeps your search equity and content intact.
What does an engagement usually look like?
It depends on where you're starting. Some clients begin with Digital Strategy to get the plan right, some come straight to a build, and others pick up an existing site through Continual Improvement or Support & Maintenance. We scope to the work in front of us and grow from there — no minimum bundle required.
