40-Page Audit

Tree-Ripe Fruit Co is a third-generation, family-owned business that takes great pride in delivering the freshest seasonal fruits from across the U.S. to passionate, quality-hungry foodies. The owners knew they were doing all the right things, but came to us for help unlocking the next phase of company growth. Since fruit season never stops, we audited TRFC's existing digital presence to discover the best ways for them to fill gaps and grow deeper roots without slowing down.

  1. 01.

    Focused on the big picture

We concentrated on key areas of TRFC’s digital ecosystem. These included technical health, a spotlight on ADA, digital marketing, a spotlight on email marketing, content, UX/design and ecommerce. This report went deeper into specifics for our audit findings.
  2. 02.

Dug into existing assets by discipline

Once we had access to TRFC’s assets, we used a variety of tools and channel best-practice markers to identify challenges and opportunities within each area. Production, content, design, marketing and development leaders all reviewed each asset and noted their findings and recommendations.
  3. 03.

    Identified areas of opportunity

To squeeze out the most value, our team leads organized findings by difficulty and impact. This let the TRFC team manage quick wins in house while identifying more complex, technical or timely projects that may require additional support.
  4. 04.

    Shared impact level and results

The results were categorized and we specified exactly what the change would do for their user experience. For example, fixing JavaScript errors would reduce exit and abandonment rates. Realigning the URL structure will better help search engines, understand and rank the site.
