Let’s Talk

"Our website no longer works for us."

The site loads and ranks, but it no longer reflects your brand or converts buyers. It has become a source of friction. You know it needs attention; the question is where to start.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • The website looks dated compared to where the brand actually is

  • Your marketing team needs IT involved to make basic content updates

  • Traffic is coming in, but it's not turning into leads or conversations

Let's Talk

Websites don't fail all at once. They fail gradually.

As the business grows, the market shifts, and the site stays still. What worked at launch becomes a mismatch and then a liability.

The bigger issue is usually structural, not cosmetic. A redesign that only addresses the surface — new visuals, refreshed copy — without fixing the underlying platform, content architecture, or conversion strategy tends to need redoing in two or three years. The companies that get this right treat a website project as a business infrastructure decision, not a creative one.

An outdated website costs more than brand image. Every day a prospective buyer lands on a site that doesn't reflect who you are, you're paying for that first impression without knowing it.

How we approach this.

Instead of leading with a redesign proposal, we start with an honest read of what's actually going on.

An audit comes before any recommendation

Before anything else, we assess your current platform, content architecture, performance, and conversion gaps. The findings shape the recommendation — not the other way around.

Platforms your team can actually use

On Umbraco, WordPress, or another modern CMS, we implement in a way that gives your marketing team real independence, with no IT ticket required to publish a blog post or update a landing page.

Brand that carries into the experience

Design, copy, and structure all build to reflect who you are now — and to make the right impression on the right buyers.

Designed for conversion, not just looks

Every page gets a defined job. We design around how your buyers make decisions, not around how the industry lays out websites.

Multi-brand complexity, handled

If you're managing more than one site or brand, we design the architecture to handle that at scale — without creating a content and governance nightmare.

Lightburn is collaborative and trustworthy. They're doing work that is critical to having a well-functioning website, things I don't always see, but I know are getting done. That's the kind of partner we needed.

Strada homepage hero with the headline 'Transform pay into possibility' and a 'Let's talk' button beside an overhead photo of an open-plan office, above a statistics bar reading 30+ years of experience, 180+ countries worldwide, 1,400 global customers, 11M+ employees served, and 200M+ annual employee interactions.

A situation like yours.

Strada launched fast on WordPress when the company formed in 2024 — and felt the limits within a year. Third-party plugins carried real security risk, ten languages ran through a bolted-on translation plugin, and a technical SEO audit turned up 356 errors. The platform that got them live was the same thing holding them back.

We moved stradaglobal.com to Umbraco Cloud with a modular block system their editors use without developers, native management for all ten languages, and lead forms wired directly into HubSpot. Technical SEO health climbed from 74% to 94%, and the platform has kept growing since launch with personalization, A/B testing, and content approvals.
