Let’s Talk

We show up beyond the client work.

Lightburn's leaders take the stage at conferences, sit on panels, and guest on the podcasts where B2B marketers actually pay attention.

We're practitioners first — so what we speak on is what we do every day: B2B digital strategy, platform and CMS decisions, and marketing for complex and manufacturing brands. Putting together a stage, a panel, or an episode? Let's find the right fit.

Scott Wintheiser

Scott Wintheiser CEO, Founding Partner

Topics: B2B digital strategy, CMS & platform, Manufacturing marketing

I'm the CEO and co-founder of Lightburn, a Milwaukee digital agency. We help mid-size manufacturers and growth-stage businesses improve their digital customer experience, streamline their tech stacks, and build websites and marketing strategies that drive results — right-sized for their teams and budgets. In our early days the tools we needed didn't exist, so we built them: a custom CMS and ecommerce platform from scratch. I've also founded and sold multiple ecommerce businesses along the way.

Nora Lahl

Nora Lahl COO, Partner

Topics: Agency Operations, Leadership, Change Management

Nora is the COO of Lightburn, where she has spent 15 of her over 20 years in the industry. She started her career as a print production artist and made the leap from picas to pixels early, joining Lightburn as a project manager before moving into strategy and eventually operations.

Nora studied PR and philosophy at Marquette University. The combination stuck, a practical client-service orientation balanced by a habit of asking tough questions for the sake of getting to the heart of a problem.

At Lightburn, Nora focuses on enabling people to do their best work. She manages the team and leads the agency's internal evolution, whether that means rolling out a new service, building a new role, or pushing until a process actually works. She values open, candid communication and knows that sometimes sweating the small stuff can have a real impact on the big picture.
