Let’s Talk

"Marketing and sales are both working hard. We just can't tell if any of it connects."

The CRM has data. The marketing platform has data. The website has data. But none of it talks to each other — so nobody can answer the question leadership keeps asking: what is marketing actually doing for revenue?

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Marketing and sales are using different tools that don't share data — leads fall through the gaps

  • Attribution is guesswork — nobody can say with confidence which campaigns are driving pipeline

  • Your marketing stack has grown through years of tool additions, and now it's more liability than asset

Ready to move things forward?

Let's Talk

A disconnected tech stack isn't a technology problem. It's a revenue visibility problem.

When marketing and sales tools don't integrate, the cost isn't just operational friction — it's the inability to make confident decisions. You can't optimize a funnel you can't see. You can't justify marketing investment you can't trace to outcomes.

Most organizations don't need more tools. They need the ones they have connected properly, with a clear data model that lets both teams see the same reality.

When you can trace a closed deal back to the marketing activity that started it, you're running one revenue operation. Without that thread, you've got two separate departments hoping they add up.

How we approach this.

The starting point is an honest look at what's actually happening across your stack.

An audit of the stack comes before any new recommendation

We map every tool in use, the data flows between them, and the gaps where information is being lost or duplicated. The recommendation follows the audit.

HubSpot, implemented as a connected revenue platform

When the right answer is HubSpot, we implement it properly — not just the CRM, but the full integration with your website, content, and sales process.

Your website, wired into your sales process

Form submissions, page behavior, and content engagement should inform sales conversations, not sit in a separate dashboard nobody checks.

Attribution built for how B2B deals actually close

B2B attribution is complicated — long cycles, multiple touchpoints, offline conversations. We build measurement frameworks that account for that reality.

Reporting people actually use

Dashboards nobody looks at aren't an analytics solution. We build the reports that actually inform decisions for marketing, sales, and leadership.

They're just a great digital partner. We've developed a great rapport and trust with them because we've really benefited from having their consultation.

A situation like yours.

G&W Electric's product configurators lived on a separate server, outside the CMS, and every lead they generated had to be typed into Salesforce by hand. The marketing site, the tools, and the CRM all worked — they just didn't work together.

We rebuilt six configurators inside WordPress with submissions flowing straight into Salesforce as lead objects, and modernized the underlying architecture while we were at it. Manual lead entry is gone, the data arrives clean, and sales spends its time following up on configurator leads instead of retyping them.
