Lightburn Partners with Milwaukee Film to Launch New Website
Shining the Digital Spotlight on a Beloved Nonprofit
MILWAUKEE - Friday, October 5, 2018 - Milwaukee based digital-agency,Lightburn, is excited to announce the launch of Milwaukee Film's redesigned site at www.mkefilm.org, using the Kentico platform.
Milwaukee Film is a nonprofit arts organization dedicated to entertaining, educating, and engaging the community through cinematic experiences, with a vision to make Milwaukee a center for film culture. The organization is one of the largest of its kind in the country, with over 4,000 members and 84,000 festival attendees. The 10th Annual Milwaukee Film Festival will take place from October 18 - November 1, 2018.
With festival kickoff just a few weeks away, Lightburn is proud to unveil this exciting new digital platform. Lightburn and Milwaukee Film worked collaboratively to redesign and develop the new website as a one-stop-shop for both film enthusiasts and those new to the festival.
With a number of custom Kentico APIs, third-party integrations, a fresh-but-functional user experience, and a multi-site structure that includes the Oriental Theatre site, Milwaukee Film’s new digital headquarters gives it a platform for daily publishing of content, managing multiple brands’ websites, and communicating with an ever-growing membership base.
